XKOVA TAMS
XKOVA TAMS, the Tokenized Asset Management System, is the digital asset product. It issues and manages programmable tokens and real-world assets, from deployment through the full lifecycle: minting, access policy, metadata, cap tables, distributions, corporate actions, and provenance. It is the largest surface in the platform.
What TAMS covers
- Token Standards: ERC20X, ERC721X, and ERC1155X, the gasless meta-tx token model.
- Deploy and Mint: deploy a token, then mint, burn, and manage supply.
- Access and Policy: allow and deny lists, roles, mint-cap policies, and pause.
- Real-World Assets: asset schemas and metadata, configured not coded, immutable by design.
- Cap Tables and Distributions: holders, positions, and pro-rata distributions.
- Corporate Actions: splits, redemptions, and the lifecycle engine.
- Provenance and Transparency: attestation, the transparency log, and reconciliation.
- Holder Eligibility and Transfers: eligibility attributes and transfer policy.
Programmable and non-custodial
Tokens are programmable: access lists, roles, mint-cap policies, and pause are part of the contract. They are also gasless and non-custodial. The owner signs an action in their own wallet, the XKOVA Relayer submits it, and the chain settles. Real-world assets add a configurable metadata plane on top, so an asset's schema and data are defined by configuration rather than custom code, and the record is immutable by system design.
